  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You can exchange an item for a different size or color, depending on availability.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective).
  • Accessories such as earrings for hygiene reasons.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
